With this service, when you experience a delay of more than 3 hours on your flight or a cancellation by the airline, you can receive 250 €, 400 € or 600 € directly, once you fill in the application at www.wingstoclaim.com and we verify that the affected flight has no extraordinary circumstances. At that point, our team will contact you to request a bank account number and make the corresponding payment.
