Our service cost is deducted from the monetary compensation obtained by Wings to Claim as shown in the following table:

If the claim is settled without the need for any legal action, we retain 25% + VAT of the compensation.

Only if it is necessary to defend the claim in court, we add to the service cost €50/person + VAT.
