AESA (Agencia Estatal de Seguridad A\u00e9rea de Espa\u00f1a)<\/b><\/p>\n

La AESA se alinea con las directivas de la EASA y ha extendido sus propias recomendaciones de no volar a las regiones afectadas. Los pasajeros espa\u00f1oles deben consultar los avisos actualizados de la AESA y del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores antes de viajar a cualquier pa\u00eds de la zona.<\/span><\/p>\n

IATA<\/b><\/p>\n

La IATA ha reclamado una \u201cpronta resoluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica\u201d del conflicto.           1. Reglamento Europeo 261\/2004<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Aplicable si <\/span>vuelas desde un aeropuerto de la UE<\/b> o hacia la UE con una aerol\u00ednea comunitaria. En caso de cancelaci\u00f3n, la aerol\u00ednea est\u00e1 obligada a ofrecerte asistencia y libertad de elecci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Derecho a asistencia (obligatorio e ilimitado en el tiempo)<\/b><\/p>\n

                \u00bfHay compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica adicional?<\/b><\/p>\n

                No.<\/b> El conflicto b\u00e9lico y el cierre del espacio a\u00e9reo son <\/span>\u00abcircunstancias extraordinarias\u00bb<\/b>, lo que exime a las aerol\u00edneas de las compensaciones autom\u00e1ticas (250\u2013600 \u20ac). Sin embargo, esta exenci\u00f3n <\/span>no afecta al derecho de asistencia ni al de elecci\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Convenio de Montreal<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Si el vuelo no est\u00e1 cubierto por la normativa europea \u2014por ejemplo, un trayecto entre dos pa\u00edses fuera de la UE con una aerol\u00ednea no comunitaria\u2014, aplica el <\/span>Convenio de Montreal<\/b>. Puedes reclamar da\u00f1os y perjuicios directamente derivados de la cancelaci\u00f3n, siempre que demuestres que la aerol\u00ednea no tom\u00f3 las medidas razonables para evitar el perjuicio. En contextos de conflicto armado estas reclamaciones son dif\u00edciles de prosperar.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  ? NOTA IMPORTANTE\u00a0 <\/b>Si el tramo cancelado es fuera de la UE y lo opera una aerol\u00ednea no comunitaria, el Reglamento 261\/2004 no aplica. Tus derechos depender\u00e1n en ese caso de las condiciones generales de la propia compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n
